Applies business and technical knowledge in determining end-to-end design requirements for projects involving line of business. Works closely with business partners to determine requirements and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of applications, often using new technologies. Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans/scripts serve customer needs. Perform tests and work on remediation of issues. Additional Descriptions of the Position: Conducts preliminary review of mail data file for validity and completeness Prepares PDF sample Mail Validation review tools for PDF Mail Review teams Distributes PDFs to PDF Review teams Consolidates issues identified by PDF Reviewers, SQL query, financial and LOB reviews Escalates and/or resolves mail file issues identified Reports issues found during Validation process Prepares mailing status (upcoming and completed mailings) Tracks PDF and/or LMA data issues to resolution Provides product metrics Participates in validating and coordination of special mail files (i.e., litigation loans, appeals) Participates in UAT testing for LMA system releases Implements process improvement decisions Conducts preliminary review of mail date file for validity and completeness. Prepares PDF sample Mail Validation review tools for PDF Mail Review Teams. Escalates and/or resolves mail file issues identified. Consolidates issues identified by PDF Reviewers, SCQ query, financial and LOB reviews. Reports issues found during Validation process. Prepares mailing status and provides product metrics. Participates in validating and coordination of special mail files. 4 year degree with strong written and verbal communication skills. 2-4 years experience. Ability to focus on detail and document functional requirements. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required. Required Skill Set: Minimum 2+ years experience Intermediate Excel proficiency (Sum If, VLookup, Pivots, HLookup, etc) Strong MS Office Strong analytical skills and detail oriented Must be a self-motivator and able to perform duties with minimal supervision High independence and self motivated requiring minimal direct supervision Mortgage Servicing Business/Functional Knowledge (nice to have) Minimum Requirements: All job seekers submitted must meet or exceed the following minimum requirements: 1.
