Title review specialist
Job Description: An ideal associate for the Operations Department is an individual that is knowledgeable in the mortgage industry, specifically with the review and understanding of mortgage title. This individual must understand how to follow a chain of title, the documents needed to complete a chain of title and how to identify breaks in title. Knowledge of all mortgage origination documents is helpful. Identifying judgements, liens and complex title issues is needed. Foreclosure experience would be beneficial to any candidate. 1. Title Review- able to read title documents uch as the Deed of Trust, Assignments to determine the chain of title. 2. Title Issues- able to review liens to determine position. 3. Extremely detail oriented- every input into our system is critical to the foreclosure process and just a misspelling can invalidate the foreclosure.
