Expertise Required: · Analytical mind, Process oriented operational excellence, project management skill Deep background in Technical Service operation process and system enhancement (Repair operation is a plus but not a mandate) More than five years of experience in developing training materials (presentation, FAQ, Experiences with DEX/Oracle from business process is a plus Demonstrated ability to engage and work with many theaters (such as US, EMEA, APAC) in matrix organizations Demonstrated understanding of user needs Strong ability to identify the gaps in business process and close the gaps Ability to work independently. Prior experience or work in Cisco, especially the Technical Support/TAC department, would be preferred Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Project management experience cross functional projects that included internal/external communication and executive level, change management, preferably with service offers and/or technical support/logistics is a plus.
