And then some sort of circle design  to go on the back yoke that identifies our gym. The back yoke could be S3, or have S3 Family in it, or CFS3, or use the 3 s - strength, speed, stamina. Style/theme ideas for the t-shirt I'm looking for something with the overall CrossFit theme on the front. There are "Girl" WODs (Work Out of the Day), Hero WODs. Commonly used words or symbols are Burpees, picture of a Kettle Bell. Zazzle.com has some good slogans. I like the "For a good time call FRAN 21-15-9" maybe even in the distressed lettering on the front and a CFS3 on the back yoke.
