In this role, you will Support Development Product Managers, Sales and cross-functional project teams as required. Manage inbox and web readiness tracks, meetings and schedules to ensure timely delivery of product builds and deliveries to retail and resellers to align with product launch. Work with supplier to manage product material forecasting/planning for auto enroll programs to ensure capacity availability, and manage to required demand levels. Participate in FAI (first article inspection) to ensure quality product builds. Work in Agile system to create/localize parts and BOM Management from creation through end of life. Manage the purchase order process by working with finance to forecast yearly blanket PO funds, approve monthly invoices and provide quarterly accrual information to finance. Work with Business Development team to document Business process flows for team ongoing point of reference.
