This resource must have implementation experience and not just support experience. The most critical experience required is with Project Billing. International travel may be required. Experience is needed working with global companies billing to international clients. Experience in the Oil Field Services industry is extremely beneficial. Business Process & Configuration Provide input into configuration design and value sets Provide input and final sign-off on the functional designs for RICEW Provide input and final sign-off on the detailed configuration values Application Roles & Responsibilities Provide input into what Oracle application Roles & Responsibilities are needed and the functions that should be available Testing Identify and document adequate business process based testing scenarios to ensure the solution meets business requirements at all applicable sites Create test scripts and test data Provide input into the correct data sets needed for each test scenario to ensure thorough testing Assist in the execution of test scenarios Communication Identify and communicate risks related to Project’s impact on the business organization, resources, process adoption, etc. Communicate Project objectives and scope to peers in the organization Training Provide support to training development resources to adequately understand the business processes Provide input to training development resources on key process or policy changes that need to be highlighted as part of each training course Provide input into the correct data sets needed for each training course Review and sign-off on training materials: presentations, data sets, transaction instructions
