TEKsystems in Bloomington, IL is currently seeking an experienced Network Analyst for a large client based in central IL. We have several openings and these are long term, multiple year opportunities. We are in need of resources that have solid experience with Cisco Voice (possibly data) which includes around 5 years of hands on experience. Candidates should also have strong problem solving and root cause analysis experience. Description: Environment Technical Analysts are highly knowledgeable of the environment for a particular application. They provide guidance based on their understanding of the business environment and customer expectations/requirements. They are responsible for delivery of the test environment and provide support of tests that are executing, maintaining the integrity and stability of the environment to the appropriate level in comparison to production, for capacity planning to determine environment needs in the future (i.e. either an increase or reduction in equipment, data, connectivity needs, etc.) and develop recommendations for environment support and enhancements. Candidates should be experienced/knowledgeable in the following: - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) - - Installation experience - Application Configuration Support Knowledge - Infrastructure troubleshooting - Knowledge of adjunct connectivity - CTIOS troubleshooting server side - TCP/IP networking fundamentals - Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management) - Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful - Self Directed - Team player - Testing Experience with these products - Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people Join TEKsystems() and get your career on the fast track.
