Large client is implementing Agile Methodology. The client needs an Agile Coach to assist with this process and help bring the team up to speed. Candidates will be responsible for coaching as well as technical delivery of projects. Primary Responsibilities: - Working with the product owners and subject matter experts to create a vision for the project and to translate high-level concepts into technical requirements. - Translate business/technical requirements into User Stories and introduce the concept of acceptance test driven development. - Work with development leads to develop detailed project plan and monitor the progress. - Create and maintain backlog and burn down list. - Responsible for conducting daily stand-ups and scrum meetings. - Facilitate cross-team prioritization of tasks. - Look for opportunities for process improvement. - Coordinate with management to meet expectations and goals of their teams. - Collaborating with the development team to create a Milestone Release Development Plan - Collaborating with the QA team representatives on each team to create a test strategies and plans - Collaborating with the system architecture and infrastructure team to develop a rollout plan - Should have experience with and comfortable managing Project Financials. - Should have experience with and be comfortable managing Project Governance - Proven track record with Waterfall methodology on past projects. - Must also understand the challenges of migrating client culture from Waterfall methodology to Agile methodology.
