We are a small and busy budget hotel, located in Charlton, SE7 and are currently looking for a full time housekeeper, to hire as maternity cover for a period of approximately 2 months, ending mid October 2012 (there is the possibility to work part time after that). The job description includes: cleaning rooms and toilets; changing linen; doing laundry; cleaning kitchen and corridors. This is an hourly based job and the working hours will be about 30 per week, in 4 or 5 shifts, including weekends. Pay is £6.08 per hour. Shifts start either at 8 or at 10 in the morning and some can be shorter, others can be longer, depending on the requirements of the hotel. The ideal candidate will speak good conversational English and will have some experience in housekeeping, preferably in hotels. Hard working, 'can do attitude', flexibility and attention to details are also attributes that we are looking for.
