Our client is currently seeking a Linux Administrator. This person will perform installs, configuration, upgrades, shell scripting, performance tuning, capacity planning, backups and recoveries for a good sized web server farm. Linux Administrator Qualifications: * 3-5 years of Linux / UNIX systems administration experience * Experience launching and monitoring cloud-based Web applications on services like: Amazon EC2, Heroku, Engine Yard, New Relic * Mobile application management, Ruby on Rails application, working knowledge of Puppet all pluses * Setting up domains, DNS, email/gmail also pluses * Any site security and SSL certificates are also helpful
