Kforce is seeking an SQL / .NET Developer for a Columbus, Ohio client. This is a minimum six month application development engagement. Day to day responsibilities would include coding and development of a departmental application to automate service delivery processes for the department. The primary responsibilities would include the development of a web application for our PC as a Service Project, which includes modules for demand planning, Asset Management (Receiving / Disposition), and reporting. Significant SQL experience and the ability to integrate multiple data sources would be required. Experience with Asset / Configuration Management is preferred. Initial deliverables would be in support of critical desktop deployment projects, but there will be a focus on service management and scorecard report publication via SQL, SSRS, and other technologies. The successful Developer applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field is preferred 3 years of SQL Server 2008 experience 2 years of LINQ to SQL 5 years of .NET 2.0, 3.5, 4.0, C#, VB.NET, and ASP Agile, iterative, and Waterfall PM skills are highly desired
