Project Support Worker Coventry - (Ref: 12/434) Up to 1 year Contract - Full Time (37.5 hpw) £13, 000 - £18, 000 per annum This is an excellent opportunity to work in an exciting dynamic service, giving support to clients across five residential projects maintaing their tenancies, and working towards independent living You will work as part of a multi-agency team, taking the lead professional role to support individuals with multiple and complex needs. With the ability to manage your own workload effectively, you will be confident working alone in the community. You will have an excellent customer service focus, an understanding of professional boundaries, safeguarding, risk assessment and confidentiality procedures.
