We are looking for 1 Sharepoint Superuser. The main responsibilities will be to support Users allocated to support the Sharepoint Site. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate well in SharePoint and have experience maintaining SharePoint sites. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with demanding end users. Most of the State Farm employees are still used to working with Lotus Notes so our Analysts must be willing to help users learn and understand SharePoint. SharePoint 2010 Design and Support: Knowledge of Web Parts and page layouts Document library usage: including content types and metadata (i.e. Information Architecture), filters, creating views SharePoint Workflows Calendar functionality Building custom lists Creating site pages, including web part pages and wiki pages Web design (or an eye for graphics) SharePoint Designer Permissions, security management HTML Understanding of javascript Social Media, especially NewsGator (Teresa can teach this) Good communicator, as we work with all of ICP for support, train all ICP users, and are the drivers of the social media.
