Job Description: A leading organization is currently seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technicians for direct hire opportunities on second and third shifts. These positions will provide direct technical support to production and requires the ability to troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical and electronic problems on high-speed packaging lines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as an operations consultant in repairing, troubleshooting, and maintenance on equipment to ensure efficiency. Trouble shoot and diagnose various processing and packaging equipment to determine nature and extent of repairs or alterations required. Complete preventative maintenance assignments and respond to line and equipment calls. Support buildings and complete a variety of duties to help maintain and improve the overall facility. Assist in training and mentoring co-workers as required. Job Experience: A year worth of work experience in the last two years and professional references are required.
