Oracle Financial Consultant
Our client located in the South Bay is looking for an Oracle Financial Consultant to join their team. Responsibilities: - Assist with talking to users to collection requirement information, analyze and suggesting the most suitable Oracle solution and conduct gap analysis. - Creating documentation. - Able to perform sub-ledger accounting set up. - Develop forms and reports. - Provide user training and post go live support. - Engage in conducting Conference Room Pilot and User Acceptance Testing. - Must be able to track issues and maintain task lists. - Must be able to use analytical problem solving skills in resolving issues related to application design and development. - Must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate cross functionally with internal technical resources. Requirements: - 9+ years of relevant experience in an Oracle ERP systems development position. - Experience with implementing Oracle R12 Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, and Cash Management modules with functional and technical knowledge. - Multiple implementations' is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal skills required to effectively document and communicate requirements. - Hands-on experience with setting up GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, and Cash Management in Multi Org, Multi Set of Books, Multi Currency environment. - Clear understanding of SLA (Sub-Ledger Accounting) is a must. - Experience with Tax setup is optional. - Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and XML Publisher is must. - Experience with Oracle Work Flow, Oracle Alerts is optional. - Experience with OA framework, Business Events, and J-developer is desirable. - Experience with conducting CRP (Conference Room Pilot), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including issue tracking is must. - Experience with user training is must. - Analytical and problem solving skills, particularly resolving issues related to application design and development. - Demonstrated ability to communicate cross-functionally with internal technical resources.
