Ok so we want to run a competition. Basically it will be about 20-30 maybe up to 50 men and women with some basic profile information and a picture (this will be static information and will be provided by us, ideally able to be updated by us if necessary). Next to it would be a voting link and people would be able to vote for the person they want to win the competition. Each Person (or ip address) would be able to vote for one person only once each day. That does not mean that each person viewing it can only vote once per day. That means that each person viewing it can only vote once for each entrant...ok? Need to get this up and running very quickly, next few days. It is pretty basic, there is not much involved in it once the basics are setup. In an ideal world this app would work both on PC and on Mobile devices so creation in something other than Flash would be preferable but we are open to suggestion. Somebody who has experience at creating Facebook Apps would be preferred. We don't have a big budget for this, looking at about $30-$50 max. Like I said, looking for a quick turnaround but if you are good and looking for more work then we have plenty coming up.
