This resource will be a part of our Client?s effort to transform the processes in their Transmission Services Business. Specifically, this role will provide leadership support for projects under the Integrated Project and Process Improvement (IPPI) Program. The resource will lead business stakeholders and facilitate gathering and analyzing information using standard tools and approaches to: clarify business operations, functions, problems, document/map the current and future states, identify solution alternatives, evaluate the alternatives, and define procedures. This position will also define and support implementation of a change management plan. The resource has to be a strong leader while being a team player with the ability to work in an undefined and complex environment with limited direction. They have to be able to facilitate business stakeholder groups in the discovery of information from this environment, analyze it, and develop a clear picture of what the information means to the business. The business processes and data sources are numerous and not well integrated at this point so this position will be used to help suggest ways to improve integration. This position needs to be open to limited travel, be able to adapt and work with a wide range of individuals including senior management and field personnel in industrial environments. They need to be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with an aggressive timeline. In summary, this position will conduct detailed analysis, manage the development of future state initiatives, and support the business through the creation of a new vision. Position Requirements: ?Associate Degree or equivalent experience required ?Bachelor?s Degree in Operational Management or a related field is preferred but can substitute specialized industry experience (see minimum experience requirements below). ?Related Experience - A minimum combination of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training is desired. Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements and demonstrate proven skills in process analysis, re-engineering and optimization ?Minimum Experience Required: Level 3, 10 years work-related experience demonstrating analyst experience in business process re-engineering, operational management, lean processes, statistical process control, and business transformation (this experience can include graduate school and internships) Additional Skills Desired: ?Skills or experience in Lean and Six Sigma process analysis ?Energy/utility industry experience ?Demonstrated knowledge of Maintenance Management, Asset Management, and Equipment Analysis for the Energy industry. ?Skilled in the creation of Excel and Word documents, Power Point presentations and MS Project plans and the use of Visual Basic ?Ability to get up to speed quickly working with business subject matter experts to document business requirements in support of business strategy Additional Requirements: ?Travel may be required up to 5% We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
