Position: IBS Engineer (In-Building) Duration: 6 months to 1 year contract Location: Charlotte, NC and Tampa, FL (Must be open to other markets in North America)   Required Skills: *   Very experienced with DAS Verification and optimization to optimize UL RSSI and balance DL/UL power by tuning DAS system gains and attenuation. *   Ability to connect and configure DAS and BTS equipment. *   Should be experienced with DAS equipment (i.e. Andrew/CommScope, PowerWave and Mobile Access). *   Must have experience with current Ericsson BTS equipment for GSM, UMTS and LTE technologies and knowledge of Cpich Adjustments and Parameter Changes *   Experience with CW testing of antenna placements and establishing link budgets and interference mitigation are key skills.
