Need an individual who can code and design an interactive 1st class social media site that requires the uploading of pics and video. Programmer must be able to operate with little technical guidance. In addition, the site will have a payment function so the developer must be familiar with paypal integration. Project must be completed no later than 1 Nov and programmer must insure work for a minimum of 6 months after completion and provide client with 100 percent of the code and other intellectual property for the site. Must be willing to sign an NDA.
