We have a direct client with locations north of Chicago that needs a solid SAP ABAPer with HCM development experience. Duration is 1 to 3 months depending on internal needs. This person will support business initiatives in the areas of Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Benefits changes, Payroll Changes etc. They will engage in complex application development in integrating third party applications with SAP HR (GPS, Talent Management, Learning Management, EHS, etc) including web services to transfer data from/to third party bolt-ons. Support and maintain the Self Service Portal used for Enterprise Compensation Management. Qualified candidates will be more senior level, 5+ years of HCM ABAP. Ideally the consultant will have experience/exposure to Netweaver, ABAP Web Dynpro, ADOBE Forms, Smartforms, ESS/MSS Portal on ECC 6, ALV Controls, BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, RFCs, IDOCS, Knowledge of Data Migrations including Data Transfer Tool, LSMW, and BDCs. Functional understanding of SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Evaluation and the associated infotypes).
