Customer Service Representative
Kforce has a Contract-to-Hire opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with a Chicago, Illinois client that offers GREAT PAY! A Downtown Chicago company located in the Loop has two immediate contract-to-hire opportunities! Candidates must have good energy and a pleasant personality with strong customer-facing skills with some recent office 'admin type' experience. Some responsibilities include: Monitor and provision daily inflow of orders from the Customer Relationship Management Queue Maintain the PO creation log, confirming consistent order information accuracy Work with the Sales Operations Team to resolve order discrepancies Maintain consistent reports on CRM order activity and more Upon conversion to a permanent employee, salary starts at $35K-42K per year (depending on experience). A great benefits package is also offered! The successful CSR applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): A B.S. or B.A. is required Must be multi-lingual (Spanish proficiency) Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with wide range of professionals Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems will be a plus Ability to be a flexible team player Strong organizational; time management; and multi-tasking skills Detail oriented and self-motivated Proficiency in written and verbal communications Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, web based applications, etc.) The positions will start on August 20th!
