Local Network IM input to a database -
I want my office to go paperless. In order to do this I want to develop an app that i can install on my local network. This app will act like and instant messenger with required fields to be filled out. It will only be sent to the admin. No messages will be sent between reps. The admin can send a notice to the rep. Reps are not allowed to copy the screen in any fashion. (security measure) Once filled out they user will send the data to the database and a notification will be send to the app admin. The app admin will need to pull reports from the database. A few fields that will need to be standard are: payment date, payment amount, representative, account number, portfolio, credit card number, credit card exp date, cvc field, address, city state zip phone number, email address. On the admin side of the app I would like a running total of payments submitted for the day and number of payments to be processed for the day. This would be on admins messenger window live update. The admin also needs the ability to check to see if a credit card is on file and if so for what customer. This will need to be a fixed search on the admin messenger app. For example there would be a field that is blank and the admin would enter the credit card number. If there is no match it will say not of file. If there is a match it will show the Consumer name and account number. I do not want this app to be able to go over the the internet. The database needs to have a password to protect the database. It need to be able to be installed on pc workstations and I dont want to deal with network sharing security issues.
