We have an existing auction website which was developed using word-press. There are support issues and additional functionality requirements needed for the site. Need 2 different quotes - one for the outstanding issues and one for the wish-list issues. Please review the below outline: Outstanding issues: 1. When someone tries to relist an item, the coupon code does not work. The code does work for an item when it is first listed. 2. Books sold on the site. Recieved no notice of this sale from the site. Usually receive an email telling me of a winner. Found out about this sale because of notification by paypal that someone had paid. Find out what happened to the notification from the site. 3. Write a FAQ page. 4. In the dashboard, auctions are not showing up as closed when someone buys the item as a buy it now rather than letting the auction close out. The countdown to the end of the auction stays listed rather than a switch to “closed”. Wish list items – need price to determine whether it is worth doing. 1. Names of the users to come through to the “users” page on the back end. Right now the only thing that gets transferred is the username and email. 2. In the users section it shows how many times someone has posted. Possibly referring to blog posts which really doesn't make any sense since users can't post a blog on the site. Can this show the number of current auction postings someone has instead? 3. Interested in being able to track what a new user is most closely associated with. (or if they are a home-schooler) Can we ask for this information at the time of registration and then run a report for it? I don't think it is necessary for us to list all the schools. I think they can just enter the school name. 4. The “comment” section below a posted blog is in black type and very difficult to read. Can this be switched to white? (Right now the comments are turned off) - This was actually an outstanding item but it is not high priority as I may keep it turned off for a while. Need a contractor that can fullfill these duties as quickly as possible, as well as provide ongoing support. Budget does not reflect the actual amount that might be approved.
