We are seeking an exceptional SQL Server Developer with 5+ years of experience to provide new development and production support for our internal data warehouse. The applicant must have an extensive full-time background performing all aspects of Microsoft SQL Server. The applicant must understand core business processes such as identifying issues and working with others to understand and fix problems. He or she will report to the Director of Data Warehouse and will be part of a development and support team. The applicant must have a high attention to detail, be results oriented, be able to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, be a team player, and adaptable to a fast paced environment. - Provide development and production support to the TCHS data warehouse. - Develop application solutions from documented business requirements with little supervision. - Develop new and update existing SSIS export jobs for data going to third parties from TCHS's ODS. - Support data integrity in all environments. - Investigate, identify, and resolve production issues within applications and processes by resolving on own or working with development and infrastructure teams. - Perform code reviews of development team's stored procedures, functions, and triggers. - Support, upgrade, and maintain SSIS packages. - Perform ad-hoc SQL reporting per project or request - Work on new data related projects. - Interface with internal colleagues and external vendors. - Occasional off-hour availability to resolve production issues or conduct or prepare production deployments Join TEKsystems() and get your career on the fast track.
