Today's match-up is Modem vs akhenatenator. They have agreed to the theme: What Now? RULES: Take one of the opponent's stories, and write a second chapter. For example, in All In A Day's Work, we know Mephisto returned to Purgatory, but what happened the next day? Taylor took Quasar to AquaPark for rehabilitation, but what happened when he got there? John Wayne rode off into the sunset. Great. But what happened the following morning? That sort of story. Here's the twist: use a supporting/side kick character. Oh, sure, we all know about Batman, but when will Robin or Alfred get their turn in the spotlight? Hit List for Modem's library: Taylor and Quasar stories, anything to do with Mephisto and company (they're starring in an upcoming fic for pay anyway--$100... I'm not complaining), and the golems from Raising the Dead, Job Insecurity, and The Eye of Caspia. Keep the same style/genre, and go nuts.
