Specific Services and Deliverables include: Work closely with IPMs supporting in various technical aspects of localization projects including: investigation of issues around build / bugs, localization tools, testing efforts. Work with the developers in troubleshooting issues on the team's internal tools, add-in's, automation / scripts. Document (specs) for the team's internal tools and in-development tools. Assist to drive localization test efforts. Build / maintain market specific data / information (requirements in both legal and market needs). Support IPM in various aspects of localization projects including handoff preparation and handback evaluation. Track and investigate bugs. Help maintain tools and automation supporting developers.
