Organize and facilitate planning meetings, daily sprint meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings. Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress. Maintain process documentation. Requirements Thorough understanding of software development methodologies, values, and procedures. Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle. Ability to understand technical issues at a high level. Proven track record of working with multiple teams. Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment. Good written and oral communication skills. Experience bringing a software product from development to production release. Excellent team player.
