Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Review business requirements working with team members - Perform a technical analysis of requirements - Create development strategies, structure and architecture for our applications - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little to no supervision - Research current and developing technologies and integrate into applications as necessary - Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround - Write documentation or resources for the application if required - Understand and adhere to all customer or client policies and procedures Your qualifications: - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - Strong communication skills - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills: Programming Aptitude Keywords: Software Application, Programming, Aptitude
