We are a small Micro finance startup operation and need to get our administrative system online for micro-credits. We've chosen to utilize open-source Mifos software, but it must first be installed and configured such that it works reliably and securely on Amazon's Cloud services. Onces installed and configured to our needs, we need to begin to modify various aspects of the software such that it suits our localised needs. We seek to employ a programmer to work with us on a per-project basis, or to pay a flat weekly/monthly fee as we continue to customise the system to our needs.
