Project On-Site Manager Alexandria, VA Please Reference Job ID: 300286-9723-12-306125 In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for: -All aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and providing a single point of contact for those projects. -Taking projects from original concept through final implementation. -Interfacing with all areas affected by the project including: end users, computer services, and client services. -Defining project scope and objectives. -Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. -Conducting project meetings and being responsible for project tracking and analysis. -Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables. -Managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables. -Providing technical and analytical guidance to project team. -Recommending and taking action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess: -Project Management Certification (PMP or similar, recognized certification) -Five years experience with and knowledge of: -DoD Lifecycle management, (DoD 5000.1, 5000.2, DoDI 5000.02, and Guidebook) -PPBE -ARIS System Management Tool -Defense Acquisition Management Information Retrieval (DAMIR) System reporting format for DAES OSD report -SAP products for Enterprise Resource Planning -IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) -10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields
