I'm looking for someone to look after my children on Mondays and Wednesdays before and after school. The hours would be 7.45-9am and 3.15pm to 6.30/7pm. We live in Bishops Stortford and the school is a 5 minute walk from the house. The children enjoy playing games before school - hide and seek etc and all walk or scoot to school. Post school, duties would involve collecting the children, taking to clubs (on Wednesday they all have swimming lessons at 4.30pm), entertaining them inbetween and giving them tea, followed by bath and story-reading. Ideally there would be some flexibility in the days - very occasionally it may be a Tuesday and Thursday for example - but this is unusual. We are looking for a kind, nurturing, capable and responsible individual who is capable of caring for and having fun with our children. We need someone to start in mid-September and continue until the end of the year. If mutually agreeable there is a possibility it could continue beyond then. Ideally this position could suit either a nanny, childminder or even a responsible student looking to boost their income by approximately £80 a week.
