Busy country pub in Durley, between Southampton and Fareham, with a reputation for quality food, seeks a kitchen assistant to start immediately. Duties include preparing ingredients, starters, side dishes and bar snacks and helping the chefs with all aspects of the food service in this busy kitchen. You should be energetic, willing and adaptable, as no two days are the same. Punctuality and reliability essential. 30 plus hours a week subject to your availability, but must include weekends. We are ideally looking for someone who is: - A punctual time keeper - Able to work alone and as part of a team - Enthusiastic and who shows initiative - Flexible to work shifts Located in rural Durley, it is recommended that applicants have their own transport.
