TEKsystems is seeking a .NET web developer that fits the description below. This role would be supporting one of our most progressive and creative clients we have in the Tampa Bay Area. This client sits in the heart of Tampa and the position is guaranteed to be collaborative, challenging, and an overall excellent development experience. Job Duties: - Design and develop new features in a SAAS .NET MVC application - Work the product backlog of features and bugs - Provide input on new designs and architecture as needed - Develop a well-tested, high performance, scalable SAAS application - Stay current on new technologies and best practices - Some positions may require taking on a team leadership role and being point person to management Mandatory Skills / Experience: - Experience designing, developing, and deploying web based applications with ASP.NET 2.0 or higher using C#. At least 3-4 years. - Experience with T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions in MS SQL 2005 or newer. - Experience with creating web services based on Windows Communication Framework (WCF) .NET Framework - Experience with ASP.NET MVC (MVC 3 is a plus) - Experience with Javascript, jQuery, AJAX - Some positions may require team leadership skills Desired Skills / Experience: - Experience with Linq to Entities or Linq to SQL - Experience with Entity Framework 4 Code First - MS .NET Certifications a plus - Experience with Agile/Scum Methodologies - Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) with SpecFlow - Development experience with Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) a plus - Team Foundation Server Build Automation experience a plus Join TEKsystems() and get your career on the fast track.
