This position is for an Application Analyst with SharePoint site creation experience. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience. Job Responsibilities: - Accountable to understand functional specifications and deliver the development of quality applications/systems in order to minimize cost, support maintainability and comply with development best practices. - Accountable for unit testing and maintenance of applications/systems (including vendor packages), configuring and troubleshooting business applications in support of service management. - Accountable for preparing and maintaining application/systems documentation in order to facilitate knowledge sharing. - Responsible for delivering on specifications for small or technical enhancements in order to respond to business needs as required. - Accountable for gathering and reporting metrics in order to determine whether or not service level agreements have been met. Required Skills: - Must have SharePoint Site creation experience - Strong technical aptitude and ability to logically analyze and creatively solve issues independently - Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written - Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with immediate team members, other IS areas, and clients in other departments Additional Job Info: Candidates should have experience with creating templates for new sites, designing new SharePoint sites, and designing the layout of Sharepoint sites.
