Customer Services Coordinator Based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 + Excellent Benefits The leading global supplier of bearings for the Aerospace industry is currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Coordinator on a maternity cover contract at their site in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role as Customer Services Coordinator would entail maintaining the company's order book as well as building effective working relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. As part of a small energetic team you will be tasked with ensuring all order information loaded onto the company's system is accurate. This is a client-facing role; you will liaise with clients over the phone and through regular meetings on and off site, making quotations as well as receiving and processing orders. You will also be expected to be in constant contact with the Production, Quality and Supply Chain departments. The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced and well organised Administrator, ideally with experience working within fast-paced manufacturing environments. Excellent IT skills, in particular with Excel, will be required, while some data entry experience would also be an advantage. You will be a confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues alike. You will have experience managing and prioritising a varied and demanding workload, able to multi-task and work to deadline, and must have a keen eye for detail.
