Software tech features : PHP5 / OOP / MVS / Ajax / jQuery / LDAP() preparing codeigniter or Yii NOTE #1 : the system will be linked with Active Directory (Windows) through LDAP() . NOTE #2 : Database can be (Oracle or MySQL) administrator can choose. Communication : will be through skype + email. payment : - 15% after the DB infrastructure & the first analyzing. - 15% after finishing first draft of phase #1 - 15% after finishing first draft of phase #2 - 20% after finishing the project - 25% after debugging/testing the system fixing all problems - 10% after one month of submitting the project (((Preference for Srilankyins))) php developers (must) have the fallowing skills: • A Strong Creative Portfolio . • 7+ years of experience developing web applications with PHP/MySQL implementing object-orientated programming . • Have an in depth knowledge and experience in systems security, SQL Injection and the XSS . • writing and building a systems based on on Object Oriented Programming (OOP). • Have an in depth knowledge and experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML & JSON . • Have a deep understanding of MVC frameworks, better if using (Codeigniter). • simple understanding of UI development and usability. • Able to fluently hand-code clean XHTML and CSS . css/jQuery developer skills : • A Strong Creative Portfolio . • 3+ years experience. • Ability to hand code clean, compliant, and semantic XHTML/CSS with attention to standards and best practices (w3c) . • Familiarity with cross-browser (IE6+7, Firefox, Safari, chrome and Opera) compatibility issues and bugs . • Means and competence to convert designs into well constructed, semantic and valid HTML5 and CSS2 - CSS3 . • Strong understanding of php templating and dealing with php codes . • Manipulation of the Document Object DOM through advanced CSS selectors . • Experience using Adobe CS3/4 applications to generate wireframes, mockups, and web optimized graphics .
