I am looking to setup up a new business and are looking for a web designer to design the website. In short we would be looking for a social media type site allowing users to connect with local businesses. We would need users to be able to select the types of local business they are interested in hearing more about (similar to following on Twitter or liking on facebook) and then receiving emails at a desired frequency.
