Sales Project Coordinator
Position Title: Sales Project Coordinator Job Type: Contract Job Duration: 6 + months Contract Tax Terms: W2/c2c Location: Mountain View, CA Job Description: The ideal candidate must be proactive with excellent problem solving and judgment skills. The individual must be able to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature, interact comfortably and skillfully with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as with customers, vendors and visitors. He/she will be expected to resolve time sensitive issues with a high degree of precision and exhibit strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive*s team are a must. Responsibilities: Documenting and managing a timeline and high level project plan Documenting meeting minutes as well as manage action items Planning, organizing and managing multiple calendars Coordinating managing staff travel arrangements if applicable Managing and reconciling expense reports associated with project Demonstrate excellent communication skills and uphold client culture and values Adheres to client corporate policies and guidelines Provide back-up support for executive admin if required Individual must be a team player with excellent multi-tasking skills Qualifications/Experience: Demonstrates excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to learn/adopt new office technologies Project management experience desired Requires a minimum of 5+ years experience working with senior managers, preferably in a sales environment A team player with a positive attitude Flexibility and the ability to change directions quickly
