Sr BA - Oracle Reporting Atlanta, GA Title: Oracle Transactional Reporting Business Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA Type: 6+ Month Contract # of Pos: 1 Position Summary CCCi?s client has an immediate, 6+ Month contract opportunity for an Oracle Transactional Reporting Business Analyst in North Metro Atlanta. The Oracle Reporting Business Analyst must have broad experience with the various aspects of a successful and dynamic Enterprise Reporting Information Delivery program and well-developed skills with the required tools. This experience must include transactional reporting requirements on an enterprise level. The Oracle Reporting Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting the detail transactional reporting requirements with the Oracle EBS for the Finance, HR and SCM modules. Key Responsibilities - Lead the business requirements and documentation for our client?s enterprise transactional reporting solutions as part of following the Four D and AIM methodologies - In conjunction with the BI team, investigate ways to reduce the transactional reporting design and development Cycle Time without impacting operational excellence - Ensure appropriate linkages with EBS transactional reporting requirements and the EIS reporting tool suite - Provide business expertise and counsel to management, other organizations, and special projects personnel - Collaborate with management in developing business reporting requirements, setting objectives, and setting realistic and challenging goals - Formulate plans to achieve overall goals for the business reporting requirements as well as schedules, and contract commitments for assigned tasks Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree - 8 years of experience in Information Technology - 5 years of experience in a business analyst role with experience in analysis, requirements gathering, and quality assurance testing, preferably with experience in EIS reporting suite - 5+ full life cycle projects in Oracle EBS reporting technologies and/or Siebel Analytics - Deep experience and knowledge with EIS reporting solution and the Oracle EBS HR, Finance and SCM modules - Complete understanding of transactional reporting architecture and normalized transactional source systems - Analytical, detail oriented, organized, creative thinker and problem solver - Demonstrated ability to function in a business analyst role, enlisting the cooperation and support of other team members, while also being a strong individual contributor - Desire and ability to share knowledge and develop skills in other team members - Ability to be effective in a fast paced environment, adapt easily to changing priorities Preferred Requirements - Preferred experience with EIS reporting tool suite and specific reporting experience with the Oracle EBS HR, Financials, and SCM modules Other - Any offer of employment will be contingent on the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screen - Local candidates are preferred but will entertain qualified, out of town candidates.
