I'm looking for someone to assist me with managing my companies social media accounts and building their presence and following. Our company develops products to assist individuals with anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, or related issues. We also maintain informational blogs on the topics. We have NEW accounts created at Facebook and Twitter and we would like someone experienced in social media to build and manage those two accounts. These have less than 50 followers. Specifically, we need someone to create and publish updates / posts, retweet good content our audience would be interested in, remove SPAM or inappropriate content, respond to comments, follow and unfollow Twitter users, direct message new followers on Twitter, and generally build our audience and following through sharing great content and relationship building. I would like to use the tools at Sprout Social for this. This is very similar to HootSuite but has the additional advantage of being able to send updates as predetermined intervals automatically, exactly like Buffer does. I don't believe HootSuite has that capability currently and I would like to be able to fill up our queue on a more periodic basis without having to manually schedule each post. I would like 2 Facebook updates made a day, and 3-4 Twitter posts. Half of the posts to Twitter will be to content we have published on our blog or to other interesting content you find on the topic, and the other half will be retweets of content our audience would consider valuable. I will be evaluating your work based of course on adherence to the requirements, but also in your ability to find great content worthy of sharing with our audience. I don't want to just share "anything", but it needs to be high quality, topically relevant, and high value. I will also be evaluating how well you interact with the community. Because of the ability to have posts go out on a schedule, these can be done on a weekly basis all at once, so it shouldn't take too long. I will provide resources to help find sources of content to post about on the topics, and you can and should find your own as well. I don't imagine there will be much commenting, especially while the audience is still small, but those comments needs to be responded to within 24 hours, the sooner the better. I would like this initial project to be for 2 weeks of work so I can evaluate everything. If this project goes well, it will be a long term assignment and you will be responsible for multiple websites / accounts.
