LTE/4G Optimization/end-to-end performance Engineer Our client a global telecoms company are looking for a LTE/4G optimization (optimisation) end-to-end performance engineer. You will analyse, troubleshoot and optimize (optimise) the performance from an end-to-end perspective, identifying potential issues (congestion, network parameters tuning, customer complaint etc.) and providing associated recommendations. As the LTE/4G network optimization (optimisation) end-to-end performance engineer you will have strong knowledge of LTE radio access or core technologies, and have optimization (optimisation) skills and methods (parameters, KPI's reporting, configuration). The ideal candidate will have a history in GSM/2G and UMTS/3G optimization (optimisation), this combined with your recent knowledge and experience of LTE/4G will enable you to optimize (optimise) the LTE network from and end-to-end perspective. Applicants from a Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, ZTE, Motorola, Ericsson and Nortel background will all be considered.
