**You will be required to complete a 2 hour test to be considered. I need low cost ($5/hr or less), full-time developers. I would like to work with individual developers only; no companies, no project managers and no middle man. You will work as my employee, and I will be managing your hours, time off, vacation days, bonuses, etc. Must speak either English or Hindi well. Proficiency in PHP/MySQL or JavaScript/HTML/CSS is REQUIRED. Advanced knowledge of either Wordpress, Joomla! or codeIgniter is REQUIRED. Advanced PSD slicing skills are a plus. Willing to work US Eastern time is a plus, but not required. I may require a half hour skype video chat meeting every day between 9am - 11am US Eastern time. I am easy to work with. You work at your convenience. I will be the one putting together all of your code with mine, and then into client servers, so I will know how much you are doing by seeing your work.
