Background: We have just launched a longstanding scholarly journal in open access format. We seek to increase the visibility of the journal and to send out broad calls for papers to academics who work in English-speaking universities across the globe. Required Tasks: We require the following: 1. Trawl the web and generate a mailing list of key academics who work in Education, Medicine, Psychology, Business, and Engineering (other disciplines will also be fine; many academics within all disciplines will have an interest in Education) within English-speaking universities. Must include faculty Deans and Heads of School. The higher the coverage, the better. 2. Deliver the mailing address list to us in a form that make en masse sendouts easy. 3. Devise a strategy that will allow us to send out to these academics at once without being blacklisted as a spamming source. This is a legitimate call to academics which will provide them with opportunity to publish their work in a high-status, open access format. Budget: The cost for this task must not exceed AUD$500.
