Telephone Specialist/Appointment Setters
Job Description: Ideal candidates are recent college grads that are goal & results driven!!! Conduct telephone-based selling activities in both an individual and group environment to increase referral patterns of healthcare referral sources. Develop, identify, and execute the most effective methods of driving growth by working collaboratively with all sales employees and programs within territory. Supports in-house direct-mail campaigns, and other referral development initiatives, through outbound calls and updating referral source data sources. Appointment setting for Outside Sales Representatives. Achieve monthly in-service goals and contact strategy. Achieves daily/monthly call average and maintains appropriate frequency and coverage as directed by territory contact strategy. College degree or *equivalent* related work experience (*2-5 years inside/phone sales experience*) Minimum Education Required: Bachelor Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years Expected Travel Time: None Keywords: Customer Support
