ELECTRICIAN £24-28,000 Bristol · Install solar electric systems.Your role will centre around installing electrical components under the direction of PV project manager · Assist with the installation of solar panels on roofs · General electrical, roofing and plumbing work · Developing towards project management of our smaller jobs · Surveying electrical issues at sites prior to installation · Stock checking and ordering for the store and vans The successful candidate will ideally have skills and experience in the following areas: EXPERIENCE Essential • At least 3 years practical experience of electrical works on commercial sites and domestic properties. • At least 1 year experience in the installation of solar electric systems • Experience of working at height Desirable • Experience of plumbing and heating work • Experience of solar hot water systems • Working with non-electrically qualified sales staff to price and plan a job. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • City and Guilds 2391/2 or similar electrical qualifications • 17th edition and Part P qualification • Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. Desirable • Experience of NICEIC registration • Training in working at heights • Qualifications in 1st Aid, risk assessment and health and safety. E.g.
