Quantity Surveyor Birmingham (Freelance Contract) Our Client is a reputable interiors business based in Birmingham. Part of a large multi disciplined Construction and Engineering business, they are now currently looking for additional Surveying support to work on a new refurbishment and fit out project for one of their blue chip clients in south Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have have a proven track record in Construction and have experience in delivering fast track refurbishment and fit out schemes on time and within budget. You will have excellent client and communication skills, be planned and organised and able to work within a team. Other duties will include procurement of sub-contract packages.
