This position will support accounts receivables and accounts Payable performing revenue recognition departments with an emphasis on managing cash receivables and customer account activity. Key job duties of the position include: 1. Managing daily cash payments and reconciliation activity associated with customer payments 2. Researching adjustments, discrepancies and various receivables for accuracy and proper posting 3. Extensive cash management experience in an accounts receivable department responsible for handling daily posting of customer account activity. 2. Power User Excel skills with extensive experience working with advanced features such as formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc 3. Exceptional time management skills to manage a very busy and demanding work day with multiple changing priorities and constant interruption. 4. BA/BS degree in accounting, finance or economics preferred; AA/AS degree in accounting or related field required. 5. Excellent communication, follow-up and interpersonal skills to manage in a fast paced business environment with increasing work place changes and challenges. 6. Revenue recognition, expense accruals and excellent software (database) skills are highly preferred. 7.
