Lore Concierge - Customer Service Email Handling Helpdesk Telephone Handling
Lore is seeking remote workers for a paid customer service job beginning immediately. About Lore: We're a New York startup building the social network for learning. The company was founded in May 2011 by three students at UPenn. We piloted Lore with courses at 30 colleges last fall, raised $5MM in funding in January, and grew adoption to over 600 schools this past semester. About the job: When it comes to customer service, we're lucky. The people who use Lore are the most interesting people in the world: students and instructors. We want to build a relationship with our users that includes customer service, but goes beyond. We call it the Concierge. As a Lore Concierge, you'll provide support, collect feedback, and be a resource for users on anything from advice on engaging their students to materials for demoing Lore to their department. Ultimately, you'll cultivate relationships that turn users into ambassadors. The work involves emails, phone calls, testing the website, and suggesting concierge tools-like an FAQ-that we should build. The role is designed to be flexible so you'll work remotely and we'll come up with a schedule together. Pay is 12$/ hour, and we're looking for someone who can work about 40 hours a week Whether or not you have customer service experience, if you're personable, intelligent, and excited to be a part of what we're doing, we'd love to hear from you.
