Health Advocates is seeking a temporary Compensation Analyst for a 2-3 week project at our main office in Sherman Oaks. Job Summary Evaluates and analyzes salary data, determines pay grades and job titles Essential Duties and Responsibilities � Update Company's performance evaluation form � Gather compensation data from various sources in order to determine market range for positions � Take existing job titles and create levels: Clerk to Clerk I, Clerk II, Clerk III, etc. � Assist Director in assessing turnover cost/reason from data already collected � Assist HR Director in analyzing feedback data taken from Company's Top Performers Qualifications � At least 3-5 years recent experience in compensation � Strong analytical skills required � Excellent verbal and written communication skills � Must be Intermediate or Advanced in Microsoft Excel Position Type: Temporary; Contract Salary: Comensurate with experience About our Company Health Advocates is a Healthcare Revenue Cycle company headquartered in Sherman Oaks, California.
