4899 Customer Service Rep Location: W Des Moines Length: 4 Months If interested, please send resumes to Akladder@ccsiinc.com Description: Provides customer service by processing orders, resolving customer issues, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Works under moderate supervision. Processes orders, work orders, shipping documentation and quotes; including entering this information in the computer. Reviews, monitors, and maintains customer interactions, transactions, and documentation of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Provides customer service by communicating with customers by phone, email, or other channels to respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve basic to moderately complex issues. Assist less experienced peers on basic to moderate issues and work with more experienced peers or refer to specific areas to investigate and resolve complex issues or technical inquiries. Liaison between the customer and functional groups within the company to communicate, coordinate, and track information. Reviews, monitors, and may develop basic to moderately complex reports. Basic Qualifications : Associates Degree in Business or a related field 2 years of progressive experience in a customer service role in lieu of education Keywords: Customer Service/Call Center
